Basic Refund Policy

Fandom Fox sells a number of products. We have a very strict refund policy. Here are the basics of our refund policy:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • All our returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please email us at [email protected] so that we can begin to investigate your claim!

Do you accept exchange for a different size?

  • If you selected the incorrect size of an item, I'm afraid we cannot do an exchange because each item is custom-designed to each customer.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my item is defective?

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at [email protected] and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
  • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we currently offer worldwide shipping. 

How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • Our products are shipped from our designers/suppliers from abroad.  Therefore, transit time will take longer days than expected (14 business days or more).  Be assured that we will coordinate closely with the courier and the designer/supplier to get accurate tracking updates. Please email us at [email protected] to check on your order.
